What we Offer to Landlords
We are looking for long term leases (12-36+ months) on luxury rental properties. After signing leases, we then list the property on third party booking platforms for short term clientele. This is essentially a sublease in short/mid term. We are different from most normal tenants in a variety of mutually beneficial ways:
Professional Clientele
Our clients are carefully vetted by us prior to any rental agreement are formed. We specialize in travel nurses, construction teams, family vacationers, and business stays. With that being said, our clientele are professional, respectful, and courteous.
Security
1. We have professional cleaners come in numerous times throughout the month to keep the property tidy.
2. We install ring cameras, sound monitors, and smart locks to ensure safety and mitigate risk.
3. We have a strict no smoking and no partypolicy to further maintain our standard of respect.
Rent
We offer long term stability for your property. We always pay rent on time, in full, and upfront. You will no longer have to worry about dodgy tenants or spending time and money marketing your property. You also won't need to worry about maintenance as we will keep the property well managed.
